Jackpot!

I asked Abby to look through the lazy susan to find some crackers. She spun it around and around and finally starting reaching in. "It's always in the middle that you find the jackpot mom. The middle is the best place". For you middle children out there.. I think she was talking to you!! :)

Cowlick

Abby MUST have read the word somewhere or heard it at school. But we were putting her hair up for soccer and she kept saying, "I'm pretty sure I don't have a COW LICK". After saying it a few times I laughed and said, "Are you referring to a COLIC?" She said, "no, a COW LICK". I corrected her and came to blog the cuteness of her mis-pronunciation. Darn kid saw it spelled and pronounced what she saw!

Pretty

I was dressed up for a dinner party, more so than usual. Paige looked at me and said, "Wow Mom!! You don't even look like you! You like so pretty!" ...Um... ok...I'll take it.
