Our house

Paige came home from a friend's house today. The house was in a very affluent neighborhood and was truly a stunning home. When she got home she told me that her friend told her she felt bad for Paige because she had a small house. When we asked her what she would do and what makes a bigger house so much better? "Well, first of all, there are stairs. Second of all, I would play in one end of the house with my toys, then if I got bored, go play in at the other end of the house." I told her she would ave to clean those messes. Thinking it worked. Thinking with that small statement, I would make her appreiate what she had, she looked at me and said. "Well, I still want the stairs".

Am I cool?

"Paige, when you compare me to other moms, would you say I'm a cool mom?", I asked. She said, "I think you are better than some moms. I mean, I like the amount of cool you have". Paige.. always choosing her words wisely. Thanks Paige for stroking my ego appropriately. :)

SEXY

I took Paiage into Victoria's Secret today because she was asking what it was and we were shopping so we walked in. First word.. "eeeeww". She asked, "Why is there a whole store of underwear?" I told her, "Women come in here to buy things to help them feel and look sexy". She said, "Do you shop here?" I said, "Nah.. mom shops at Target". So we kept walking through and she looked at me and whispered" I think when I am older I will buy things for sexy at Target".
