Brad and I were talking about going to a cottage for vacation. Abby heard us and asked, "What is a cottage?" I told her is was a place to go for vacation that isn't your house that you live in. Maid

Abby told me today, "We should have a maid so that you can lay in bed in the morning and she could help us get dressed! Then she would clean our mess and you would not have to!" I asked, "Abby, does someone in your class have a maid?" She replied, "Dylan". I told her, "We don't have the money for maid sweetheart" BUT MOM.. a maid is a ppeerrssoonnn. You don't PAY!

Good Girl

As we fill out Abby's behavior chart, she told me, "I might not have been good this morning, but I ate all my dinner tonight ~ so you better give me a star!" Always making deals that Abby!

Paige said to Grandma Dar, " Grandma, your face looks like a puppet face". Then she pointed to the lines on either side of her mouth. Grandma replied stating, "plastic surgery would fix that honey".

Perfection

We had a roller skating party for Paige's 7th birthday yesterday. As we were leaving, I asked her.."So, how was your birthday?" She responded, "It was just perfect." It literally melted my heart. To know that I had spent a day with my child that she thought was perfection. Was it the presents? I am certain it wasn't. She couldn't even tell you what she got on that ride home.
